How do you polish stock Z28 Rims?

You know, I never thought that I would post "Do a search", but I get it from people all the time. It amazing how much time it saves if you do a search. I was thinking of polishing my wheels and searched the boards and found a butt-load of info. Just trying to sort it all out was a task in itself. Thomas

 

Yep, do a search, I explain it several times I believe.

 

Heres a pic of my 86 Z rims.I still have to paint the white parts and put my center caps on. I use the professional equipment to polish my stuff. I got a die grinder, da sander, polishing wheels, and polishing compounds to use. Just work hard on them and the shine will come out with some elbow grease.

buy good polish and sandpaper

1.take tires off rims
2. jack up rear of car
3.grab your girl (
4.put car in drive
5.accel 2 about 1500rpm(not sure mabye lower)
6.use polish and different grits of sandpaper,(dont burn your hand)
7.bring 2 a mirror shine
