I would really appreciate if someone could photoshop these wheels white for me, it's just my daily driver but i like to make it look a little different.

That should be easy. Just highlight the rim in a circle and then up the brightness on it. Maybe play around with the contrast. But I'm not at home, just at work where the power is turning on and off. Good for a internet tech support job!

 

I don't know if this is any good... but it might help you. I have no photoshop training, and all I know is what I have learned with just playing with things... probably pitiful compared to what you photoshop experts do...
