Brighter fog lights

Hey guys, i just recently purchased a pair of those Sylvania Cool Blue lights for $11 a piece at a local pep boys and i think they're a great improvement over stock especially since they aren't actually blue. Oen thing i noticed while look at hte lights on teh car was that the yellowish fog lamps still maek the car look "dirty". Are there any companies that make bulbs for our fog lamps that have a whiter look to them without havin to buy a whole aftermarket set up? Any help will be apprecciated thanks guys
