Opinions on these rims

Ok, I've been thinking of either changing the rims all together, or re-finishing the stock 15x7 rims, back to the way the car originally came which where done in Gold. I'm slowly doing my car up as a show car (not a performance car, sort of).. So what are your thoughts on the rims. Thanks

i really dislike those factory gold rims..........i think almost anything looks better than those. those rims you have photo shopped on there right now look good on your car....what kind are they?

I think those look ok, lose the white letters though IMO. I'd probably like the 15x7 stockers in the white(or was it silver?) wrapped in some nice tires, maybe 225/60-15 Eagle F1's? Yokohama AVS Db? I'm not one for the whole white letter thing... Or maybe some chrome '88-90 style IROC-Z wheels... I forget who it is on here, but someone has them and they look TIGHT.

The Rims shown above are American Eagle 218, the rims the car has right now are the silver 15x7's. I like these other rims because there is no center cap sticking out.. But I do like the stock 15x7's too.. and if I decide to keep the stock ones I'm going to do them up in gold.. or perhaps 24K Gold anodize them. not real gold of course. Well.. I like the white walls out.. makes it look more sporty in my opinion..

I don't like em, but they're not that ugly.

I dont think they're ugly, but those style rims always seemed, to me, like a Sport Truck style rim

I agree with flyinlow. Not bad, better than stock but I would at lest do a 16" wheel or bigger and deffinatly chrome!

nope.. I think I'll stick with 15x7's I just got new tires about 10000 miles ago. If I keep the stock ones I'm refinishing them and painting them gold. v.s. the silver they currently are. so it'll look like what the car came from the factory. though not sure what will cost more right now..
