I just had a horrible nightmare that the paint shop royally screwed my car over.

The paint was horendous, like when you repaint the outside of a house, but you don't take off all the excess paint; the decal on the back bumper was half-@$$ put back on and had chunks taken out of it; the fender was dented, the nose was bent out of shape and when I got there they had parked a truck up against it! o_o

I certainly hope this just means my car will turn out well. I'm not so sure I want to get it back from the paint shop now....

No but my experience was reality. It wasnt like yours but to other peoples cars and what my Dad has seen when he was working in a shop. These painters painted over duct tape. My Dad said he walked over there and peeled the tape and there was bare metal under it. HA! that was Service King.

 

*shiver* dang. Well, my car may be patined today....I know they do good work, i think it's just cause they've had my car an extra few days (they got a week behind on it because business picked up)
