Has anyone ever heard or seen about a company making the 4th gen SS hood (like pictured) available for 3rd gen Firebirds? I think it would look pretty sweet on my TA, but have never seen anything about them being made.

Nope,I have never seen one either. You could have one custom made at a fiberglass shop,but no telling how much it would cost ya.

yeah i think it would look good on a car like mine too, if you bought a camaro hood, couldn't you just cut out the headlights?

There is a little bit more to it than that.

I imagine I'd get ripped a new one by a shop to have them custom make one........

Might be worth checking into though, if you were to be the only one out there with a hood like that on a bird. You would stand out, and in a good way.
