how are you suposed to put the horn botton on the grant steering wheel

how are you suposed to put the horn botton on the grant steering wheel

i was wondering if anyone knew any techniques on putting the horn botton on my grant steeringwheel. it will go on but i cant turn it straight to line it up.

Humm. I'm not sure what kind of wheel/button you have, but mine simply pops in and out and swivels in whatever manner I wish.

Mine you kind of have to pull this metal bracket out of the inside. And put that in the wheel first then it pops in and stays there. You can turn it where ever you want.

Do you have a Challenger wheel? I've got one on my car and I couldn't ever figure out how to adjust it either. It reads Grant almost straight up and down rather than straight across.

mines the same way. For the people witht he crooked wheels, thats all you have to do to fix it so that the horn wire fits without breaking the plastic bit that goes through the metal bracket.
