dirt crap inbedded in my paint, please help

ok after the last rain we had i went and looked at my car, and it had dirt all over the side. i thought no prob. ill just wash it off, i went and sprayed it with a high pressure hose and it didnt come off. So i thought, well i just need to hand wash it. well that didnt work either. its all over the drivers side and back of my car, and my car is black. i think some of it is gravel dust, b/c i drive down a gravel road alot. but my paint feels REALLY gritty and i cant get it off. PLEASE HELP

I'd say try a clay bar first. If that doesn't work then I'm not sure, but my paint was kinda gritty and now its smooth as silk.

Start with a dawn liquid soap washing. Then move onto a clay bar. If there is more left, try Meguiar's Cleaner Wax too.
