i have this pic but would like somebody to please reduce the size so that when i post in wont be so big. if you would please make it a size where it wont be too big for a sig pic, but not so small that you cant read all the words. thanks guys.

If you don't want to crop the picture, try to reduce the pixel dimensions. I think 500 X 500 is the largest pixel dimension I have been able to post. I have failed many times myself.

For now on just open the pic in Paint. Then click ctrl+w, and resize to about 45% seems to work well.
