My cousins got his old rims and tires sitting in his garage, I was wondering if anyone has tried these rims on a 3rd gen. Will they fit, do they require backspacing etc. These arent the SS rims they came stock on his 2000 Z28.

 

You need adapters to run the 4th gen rims. I think they are around $300 or so. Try doing a search on here cause several guys have them.

 

ss rims look sharp......but i don't personally care for the z wheels on a 4thgen or thirdgen.

definately will need spacers, the cheapest i've found them would be around 250...wouldn't recommend them though if you plan to put any power to the car.

 

at 5600ft i put down 343rwhp/375rwtq . I assume the wheels would not be a good purchase then?
