I can't say I like one F-body over another. I like some Firebirds better than Camaros and I like some Camaors better than Firebirds. If I had to choose one, It would have to be a Flame Red GTA with Gold rims and tan interior.

Trans Ams are more sporty and areo-dynamic but the camaro Z28's are nice too. The T/A gets my vote though!

 

Firebird all the way. As far as agressive looking I definatley think that the TA looks meaner then the pugfaced Camaro. Especially at night. Don't get me wrong I like Camaros too. I just prefer the bird.


PS. There should be no argument in the 4th gen category. The Firebird looks much more aggressive than the Camaro. More so with the WS6.

I don't think so. From what I remember, we had a million polls (Best black, red,....etc) and finally got a top 10 camaros, and 10 top firebirds. And we never had a thread with a poll for the best car on the site. We got close though.


Unless I missed it which I highly doubt. I'm pretty sure your car and flyinlow's were the top two firebirds...

 

I"d have to say camaro, 91 or 92, but w/the rs rims. However the 91 and 92 gta's are growin on me..but i'd still take a camaro

I think Camaros and Firebirds are equally good looking. When it comes to base F-bodies, Firebirds look better than Sport Coupes.

Camaro... but it has to be a original, like the RS, SS, Z28, or a Iron, none of this bretta junk, no offence owners of them. but they Z's and others jsut look more sleek...

Thats what I thought too. I know I didn't vote for 86Fyr's car as the best on the site. I wouldn't vote anyone's best, its too hard of a choice.

I have owned more Camaros ( 2 - 1st gens, 1 - 2nd gen, 2 third gens) than Firebirds ( 1 - 3rd gen, 2 - 4th gens), but I definitely prefer the look of the Firebirds (Trans Ams really) over the Camaros in the 3rd gen body styles.

1st gens it's Camaros no question about it (I prefer the 67 and 68s over the 69s)

2nd gens it's gotta be the Firebird

3rd gen I already told you...

4th gen it's Firebirds all the way, at least in the 93-97 years. 98+ I might sway a bit toward the Camaros, because the front end of the Firebirds got a bit busy for me in the 98+ years.
