Black wheels?

I have a blue '87 formula. I am hoping to get it painted black in the near future, but was also hoping to get black wheels as well. Was thinking I could paint the current stock wheels black but am open to any suggestions of some badass black wheels. I do want to stay with 16 inch wheels. Thank you.

I realize its a 4th gen, but I think a blue car with black rims is totally badass...

Pontiac made 16x8 crosslace wheels with black centers. Sounds like that would be perfect for you.

possibly this one? I think its too much black. the thing that is badass about those Fikse's is the machined lip that really sets it off.

Ehhh, I don't care for those wheels on that car. Some polished wheels would look real good, or even chrome IROC's, TT2s, or something, just not those.

yeah thats what I was saying, too much black, chrome or polished ZR1's would have been perfect, or, like I said, something with even a polished/machined lip would help.

Personally, i love black rims on a black car. I'm planning on some Collectors Edition rims in the future for my black formula. On other colors it takes some getting used to.

crosslace wheels?

Anyone have a pic of the crosslace wheels talked about above. Also, anyone know of a dealer you can buy them from? Thanks again for all the input.
