LMAO, at first I was like you're a jerk, then I relooked at the photo, and the front does seem to be bent up. weird.

The heads were $870 shipped.

Yes that is my car. The front is bent up pretty good. A old lady put it into a corn field. Now it is time for me do work my magic. I am pretty sure I can fix it. If not part it out.

Well I hope it does come out good, but like I said if it is to much work I will just part her out. The car has a lot of good parts left on it. I have always loved the F body cars. My trouble is I like my Monte SS too, so they get jealous of each other when I spend to much time with the other.

That front end on that El camino is a Camaro's not a Monte's But yes the Elcamino SS do have the same front as the Monte SS. It is aftermarket though I think. But again that is a Camaro front clip on the one in your pic.

the site you're using doesn't allow direct linking.

just go to Paint, open the file click ctrl+w and resize to about 40% and resave as a diff file as a jpg, then attach it.

My 396 swap is coming along slowly. This weekend I got the engine, transmission, and headers in. Still need to install the intake and distributor, run the fuel lines to the Stealthram, set the timing, install the starter, install the accessories, install the cooling system, and a bunch of other crap I forgot to mention.

my winter project

heres what i have to work on this winter.....a 1986 iroc-z with a 305 tpi.just bought it the other night from a highschool kid who was from north carolina and up this way in iowa to meet a girl from online(lol). he blew a head gasket when he was pumping gas.....guess the fan relay quit working or some ****. havent decided to do with it yet but the motor and tranny supposedly only have 3000 miles on them....could be true since everything is painted bright orange under the hood...not just an aerosol overhaul i dont believe. anyone have any suggestions on what i should do with it? build it stock or build it performance? car has never seen a winter from the looks of the under carriage. perhaps i will sell it.....any offers?????

well here is my project. i just finished it last april, then i put in the new engine in august. but i am sick of the viper red paint so i am gonna redue the body again, with new ground effects, with siver and black stripes, custom interior, new tranny and exhaust, a new posi unit, and new top end on the engine. i plan to get this all done starting Feburary and still make Third Gen nationals in june. i would start now but i have surgery in two weeks. a lot of work to do in 4 months in a wheel chair. wish me luck!!

My winter project will be to sit and watch my Z finish rusting out because I am a poor college kid and can't afford to pay for the rust work to be done. It is a shame to have to watch such a beautiful car just rust away. Oh well one of these days I will hit the lottery and I can fix it or one of you nice people here might donate the $3,000 for me to fix it. If you are interested in doing that please e-mail me and I will give you the address to mail the check to.
