Rear defrosters...

So my IROC dosent have any rear defrosters, nor does it have a button for it. Does this mean anything, like where my car originated? If a car was ordered in NY state, wouldnt it have to have defrosters?

Thx

It's an option i wish i didn't have. Certainly it's a more common option for cars that were sold in the winter states. Since i don't drive the car in winter, I don't need it, and the window looks better without them.

My car is originally from Phoenix, AZ, so it doesn't have any rear defrost. Makes it a PITA for these KS/NE winters. The only good thing about it is, it makes tinting the rear hatch much easier.

every camaro/firebird i've ever owned has had the "dreaded" rear defroster. i don't use them and i don't like the way they look. plus they can get so hot, they will cloud your rear window.

Now I wish I didn't have it... looks better without it. I don't use it anyway cause I'm afraid it will mess up my tint.

IROC: You should tint your windows. Get limo and back and 20% on the sides so it can look just like mine

The defroster will not hurt the tint... I would use it without worry.
