400 small block combo's

400 small block combo's

seems like a lot more people are starting to build 400's so i was just wondering everyone's combo and if they have 1/4 mile times with there combo's and any problems with anything during the build and after.



Here's my combo

400 bored 0.030 406
crane gold 1.6 roller rockers
balanced and blueprinted
carter fuel pump
pro topline 220 heads
comp cams XE 284 H
victor jr. intake
milodon windage tray
650 holly V.S
6" sir eagle I beam rods
all arp hardware
head studs/main studs
fel pro gaskets
Keith black dished pistons

soon to come: complete msd ignition, Holley or speed demon 750 V.S. Hooker 1 3/4 long tubes, custom dual exhaust, complete interior redo and a stall converter and sticky tires.

i think your gonna be a bit short on the carb. I'd be looking at something like the speed demon 850 for that beast....
