Heres another side of the graphic design business.

I did all of this from the HPP logo to the primedia barcode, nothing is stolen or scanned. It looks alot better full size, but 8.5x11 is way to big to post.

 

I'd love to get a job doing page layout for a magazine like high performance pontiac.

I like it, very good job 86, especially how it's an all thirdgen issue I barely ever see third gens in magizines.

Looks proffessional and clean and simple. I love things that are simple. I thought it was real even when you said it was photoshoped.

 

well how bout my paintshop skills? this took me forever to do and it still sucks. i just aquired photoshop 7.0 and have no clue how to use it. i think ill stick with my paint

 

Well, its a start. At first it took me a long time until I started doing more of them, then it just got easier.

 

Have you sent a copy of that to Primedia? Try to give them a little "hint"

When I get out of school, I think I may try to get a job with HPP, Im gonna send them a "personalized" portfolio of my work, ya know, some stuff like that, I have others that arent related to my car, and kinda be like "This is what I could do for you"

 

Yeah, good idea. I really like how you layed the text and picture out. It doesn't look cluttered.

 

I colored mine in paint, and drew it out with Autocad 2002. Hey can someone photoshop the color a different blue?
