Maybe if you painted them, but electrical tape just makes it look ghetto. I don't like it at all, sorry.

thats true, i get kinda offended sometimes when someone says such about my car, i love it and have worked very hard to keep it so i am touchy at times, but by headlight retainers what do you mean, the things that hold in the headlights??

paint it i know if i saw it during the day i would think that the light was broken in that corner and the only thing holding it together was the tape.

the tape was just for now to see what it looks like, im grabbin the paint today and painting the SFC's i had made and paint the lights. wish me luck so i dont mess them up.
Good luck, I guess. But messing with the headlights like that seems like something a ***** would do to his Honda, IMO. I dunno, if that was my car I would leave the lights the way they are. I don't think there is one thing on the exterior of a third gen F-body I would modify in order to make it look better, cuz to me it already looks good enough.

I saw an auction on ebay for a 4th gen bird, it was just stickers for the head lights to make it look exactly like that. I might do that with the bird with paint but Im not sure if I want to give up light coming out.
