Well I’m kinda bored and was wondering if someone can do me a favor and photoshop my car a little. I’m looking for some crazy things ….rims, wings, lower, tint…. everything is welcome, the more crazy it looks the better ….. its just for fun anyway :-)

I'm slowly but surely getting the hang of the 'chop. I just did a pretty ghetto job of changing hoods on a different car... but one thing I haven't figured out yet. How is it you guys go about changing the color of cars? I've tried using the paint bucket and messing with the opacity but that dosen't seem to work so well. Suggestioins? What tools do you guys use to do it?

 

Hue/Saturation works good for changing colors, make a copy of the car and paste it as a new layer, then play around with it until you get the desired color

i have been playing for weeks now trying to get my car a certin way and well i wont even begin to show you or even tell you how it's come out..............

but really how do you do it?????

 

I don't know about the rest of us but, personally I have a bachelors degree in graphic design.....so ive had several years of schooling with it not to mention just the work ive done for my hobby and my every day job working with photoshop.

I just takes a little time to figure out the capabilities of Photoshop and other photo programs. There are still things out there that I have yet to learn.

I would go get a book from the library or a book store and read up on the program you have. It may help you out a great deal, or have some one school you on it.

 

I do graphic design as a living doing websites and things like that, its just a matter of playing with photoshop and learning the ins and outs like bill said, no one will ever grasp all there is in Photoshop. I have been using it for about 7 years and am still learning!
