i am stripping my 91 RS and want to know if the very bottom ground effects, from both the front and sides, the ones with the holes before the tire, will fit onto my 88 IROC-Z? Also, how can i make the tail lights brighter, is it a bulb, or something else to get then nice and visible(i have been in a total of 7 accidents, 2 with my RS, which is totaled, and 5 with my 85 cutlass, none of all 7 are my fault, and want to make sure i dont get rear ended).

Man, you must have a black cloud floating over your head or something to get in that many accidents The GFX on 91-92's had additional mounting tabs. They might fit, but a few tabs won't be there.

 

what you could do is polish the lights to take all the tiny scratches out, that may help some. You can also put brighter bulbs in them to brighten them up as well.

 

If you want brighter bulbs you will have to runa relay inline to the brake light bulbs. It will make them twice as bright, if not more.

 

hey man you want bright tailights, polish them with compound, (red rouge)but be careful with the black areas on the tailights, my lights became 20 percent brighter after i did this, take care

 

Get some painless wireing red LED lights back there, I like mine nice brights, and with those you taillights dont look kinda orange when you light them up, they look deep red.
