Old Window Tinting

Does anyone know of something that will take off old window tint because I just bought a 90 rs w/ 87428 origional miles on it for 1500 bucks and the tint is coming off and would like to try to remove it so the tinting place dosent charge me extra. I'm up for all Ideas.

i used alcohol to take the tint off my back window...after i was done my shirt was wracked

I've been told by a pro that ammonia and water is best. also use stainless steel razor blades to assist.

i stripped a VW bug of tint, use Super green 409 and a bunch of razor blades... spray it down, let it sit, respray and scrape away. it came off very easily.
