New wheels rub

My new 16" irocs with 245/50 rub towards the back fender when turned full in either direction. Would wheel spacers solve that? I already bought a set of 5/16 wheel spacers in hope of gettin the problem to stop.

Now the old rims/tires were 215/70/14.

What series would i need to maintain that same size?

245/ xx /16, would 45 or 40 be fine.

Where are some good places to buy tires, i tried tire rack but theyre still kind of expensive.
