Squealing tires, the crackle of a good exhaust, loud music... aahhhhhh, the sounds of summer. I can't wait until my car gets painted and gets the mods done so that it would be worthy of a video. Good job Adam62083 and REVLIMIT!!!!!

You know guys the videos i need the most are pre 91-92 birds. I have lots of 91-92 footgate, yet very little of the older body. I have lots of camaro stuff but keep it coming!

would a four cylinder bird be good enough for the video? hee hee

I have a digital camera that can take some video. I can take a little video of my car. I think it would be too small of a screen size for you to use though.

It would be of my 1984 Firebird.

Theres some footage of me doing some controled circles and donuts. Its like 6 or so minutes long though...shows me blowing up two tires, breaking off the rear 1/4 panel GFX (caused by the tires), and also popping some flames from the exhaust.

In all honesty why did you do that to your car? Were you going to rebuild the drivetrain afterwords or what? It was cool for the first minute but I started to get sick thinking of the damage you were doing to your car and ended up doing to your car!

Whatever floats your boat man.

well I was really doing it for a competition. $500 and 4 brand new tires worth about $650+. I atcually didnt damage anything but my spark plug wires (the heat of hte headers caught a wire loom on fire and also set my SP wires on fire) other then taht there was no damage.

what type of damage would I be doing to my drivetrain? kinda confused as to why you think it would damage drive train.

REVLIMIT, that had to be the dumbest movie ever... dude, nice car and all..... drifting and all that stuff is cool.. .but... why? its growing to be a large sport.... i cant belive it.. but its here. Anyway why would you do that? i had to fast foward and i thought i was gunna see a race or something.. but its just more of you going around in circles... then you blow out your tires and i cant tell, but something happens to your 1/4 pannels? Yea you get new tired and money... but I dont understand how that is fun. Blowing through tires and scraping rims, destroying suspension and the body... i guess i just have more heart invested into my car then you do.

well you saw the movie and thought it was dumb and cool at the same time. who cares. he did post up that clip of his car video so he can be in the new thirdgen vid. this topic wasnt to give your opinion on why you think drifting was dumb. drifting has been around for some quite time. then let him do what he does to his car, you only live once...right? to have fun and thats what he was doing.

and bout breaking suspension parts...i dont get that myself

I am making a good movie u will be interested in.

Me & a bunch of friends have been making a movie for about 2 years now. The movie is going to be 2 hours long and should be ready for Sale by late 2003 / early 2004. It will be available on VHS & DVD. As soon as we get a descent 10 - 15 minute preview set up were going to put them on those mini cd things & prolly sell them for like whatveer it costs us for the thing plus shipping. It will be well worth it. The video is going to be majority Dirtbiking. Lots of sleds, skateboarding, snowboarding etc. We also have a part on rental cars, approx 8 minutes of worthy footage so far. We are also doing a Night Rider scene, a buddy of mine has a 1984 Pontiac Firebird 2.8 right now ( WINTER BEATER ),were going to spray paint it black, i got my friends band making an awesome metal cover on the theme song and were going to do a whole chase thing & jump it at the end. There is going to be lots of footage of my IROC-Z in it, if any of you guys want your cars or trucks or whatever in it E-Mail me. We are also going to have lots of jackass **** in it, lowrider cars & trucks, air ride, hydraulics,Choppers, hot girls, whykid music, u name it. I cant go too far into the details, its all a surpise.

But I have a couple previews if anyone is interestd, ill have to E-mail it though, its to big to put on the net. Ill keep you guys posted as soon as we have a website set-up and figure out the name of the movie.

lol REVLIMIT I thought the video was awesome.

It's his car, man... let him do what he wants....

When you do stuff like that, you understand that you'll have to eat any damage that you do to your car. If you're willing to accept that, then hey, why not.

That video was awesome! I saved it to my computer. I've been planning on doing something like that for a while now. I also want to take video's with my RC airplanes and put them to music. Anyways, the idea I had for a cool car video would be that song by Drowning Pool called "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor". In the beginning of the video, where he's whispering Let the bodies hit the floor, it would be flashing pictures of **** burners up on the screen, and then when the music starts, it would go to a video of a ***** getting smoked by a third gen! I don't know what I would do for the rest of it though. Matt

haha...thanks guys

Anyways nah my rims werent damaged. I mean I did scrape them when I spun around once the tires blew up but they werent damaged that much. Only some scratches which I dotn really care about since its my junk rims anyways.

As for my signature that was taken at the track. I was sliding at about...86+mph in that picture. Cant beat the long high speed slides that ****s a rush.

All great videos.

May I suggest the person making the video, attempt to "bleep" out any lisences plates to protect the "guilty".

I got about 6 gigs of movies on just cars, gotta love Kazaa
