i have a 92 camaro...2 things....today i pulled up at a gas station, and the guy inside was lookin at my car. when i got in, he asked year my "firebird" was. i told him it was actually a camaro, but it was a 92. i guess i dont mind too bad when people confuse firebird's and camaros, but i'd think the ground effects would give it away. but oh well, what the hell. also today though, i was lookin in the classifieds in the car section, and some dumba$$ had a "1994 Pontiac Camaro" for sale. that REALLY pissed me off, that the person seeling this car was this naive. i called them to ask about the car, hoping it was a misprint, but they referred to it as a pontiac camaro on the phone, so i guess they were just a moron. oh well, just thought i'd share...

 

Hmmmmph, its usually the other way around. Don't know what this has to do with appearance or detailing though??

i've never incountered someone like this yet but i'm sure i will sooner or later. but knowing me i would simply call them an idiot and tell them how it is then walk away. but that's just me.

 

funny you say that but about 6 years or more ago there was a thirdgen driving around there that was really both firebird and camaro.......It was a firebird orig. I bet cause it had the firebird taillights and 1/4 panels but it had a whole camaro front clip,,,fenders and nose??? Im not sure what the doors were But i was thinking they might have to be camaro doors. I was weird to look at.

 

it's almost like someone got confused on what car they wanted and couldn't pick so the made it the best of both worlds...
