rub with your fingers til they are down to the bone . or use a dremel rotary tool. For polishing, try to get the buffing wheel in there or do it by hand.

i have a dremel but the grit it goes to is 120 and im using 150, so what should i do, tape on some more 150 onto another drum like ive been doing and go about it, and then use the mini buffin wheels for buffing in there??

go to a hardware store and pick up some higher grit drums. or you could do whatever has been working for ya. yeah you can use the mini buffing wheels on there, aint a bad idea.

remember you dont need to use much pressure at all...let the compound do the work.
