ok i was wondering how do you guys get inbetween the runner tubing on the runners? see picture.

rub with your fingers til they are down to the bone

go to a hardware store and pick up some higher grit drums. or you could do whatever has been working for ya. yeah you can use the mini buffing wheels on there, aint a bad idea.Originally posted by Squeeks83

remember you dont need to use much pressure at all...let the compound do the work.
ya i know that, but also dremel only makes up to 120 grit, nothing higher, i checked sears, and home depot, thats it so it sucks for me.

be a man, use your hands! hehehe here is my plenum that i polished so far... im up to 400 dry.. this is with one pass of the 400 dry.
