The roll cover? All you do is grab one end of it and push it towards the other end--the end pieces are spring loaded so it'll pop right out.

I think he's talking about the rust rings, right? If so, never ran into the problem. Maybe just take a really strong carpet cleaner and scrub away?

if your talking about the roll up cover thing, its like a toilet paper dispenser at home.. the rust, use simple green or power out.

looks like you need to degrease that carpet to got those spots out..

trying using a strong carpet cleaner found at a local parts place..

good luck, hopefully with some work you can get those out.
