thanks.

My old exhaust is long gone, traded it for the Direct Port NOS Setup.

I do have this flowmaster 3" with 3" cutout that I am not going to use anymore since I got some longtube headers now.
I have Edelbrock Shorty headers with y-pipe and cat and the flowmaster setup that I am selling now.

whats up guys . . .this is just a general question; is it an easy swap, or is it hard for lets say the LT1? does it have to be tweaked to fit, or does it just fit right in?
thanks

Is the exhaust loud? Some cops around here are dic*s about loud cars. I dont know a lot about cut outs but that is something i can make quiter if its too loud for some reason? I'll talk to my parents about letting me get the exhaust and let you know as soon as i can. By the way those headers will work on a moded 350 TPI? And how old are the headers? Thanks!

Idaho plate and MAF

Well shucks it is an Idaho plate.. I went to high school and college in Idaho and then joined the Navy.. I just got medically retired but I still keep the car liscenced in Idaho.. cheaper, no smog check, no state inspection etc..

For the MAF well, there are two camps, one that says it provides more leeway for future mods (though doesn't eliminate reprogramming) and allows finer air and fuel management and the other that says programming and speed density simplicity is the way to go.. You already know where my thoughts are.. I have a recalibrated ZO6 MAF to go on when the ram air setup arrives..

The headers are Edelbrocks and they came off of Julians 82 T/A. They are a few years old. I cut the air tubes off of them so there aren't any tubes there, just the little stubs.
The cutout is loud when it is uncapped, it's nice a mellow when capped.
