help with springs

i spent over an hour last night looking at posts about lowering and i am more confused that i was when i started.
i seen alot of ppl have used panhard bars ect. is this a must???
mu suspension is in prefect shape now bur my main consern is of corse the lowerd stance and most important the quality of ride.
want it to be the same or better not in the least worse.

when i posted a while ago the prokit was the way to go.but when i called summet they gave me a lot of choices intrax 2 inch and the sportline 2 inch...i would love the 2 inch ones but what will happen if i do not use the pan bar????

any help would great so i can place the order on one of these kits

if you plan on lowering it 2" then it is highly recommended that you also get adjustable panhard rod, LCA's and LCA brackets. mine only dropped 1" but i do plan on gettin this stuff. the rear end will shift and you'll lose traction once you lower it. i went with the eibach prokit. a lot of people here are also running eibach sportline springs which can drop a car as much as 2".

The best place for this post would be the suspension board.....

The adj panahrd is meant to recenter the rear end. since after dropping, some/most cars rear end will shift to onse die an inch or 2. you can actually measure this, then adjust the panhard to bring the rear end back in center.
