I was washing my ride and bam! a spot of paint on my hood about the length of a toothpick and the width of a dime blew off! Its just bare metal now! What do I do??? Help!

 

ahh ive had this prob happen many times on the orig factory paint for my Firebird.. what i did was simply sand the area with a fine grit sandpaper apply a little primer and then some touch up paint i got at a local autoparts store ( i used 2 coats) then wet sand over it. Do you have a photo of the damage that you can post??? But you have to act fast whatever you becuase it will rust up quickly
