Formula 113'd my car- pics within :)

Yesterday I used my Formula 113 on my car and today I applied the Bead-X... I am still very impressed with this stuff. My car's swirl marks are gone. I had some imperfections in the clear coat on the fenders from leaning on them for the header install and LT1 intake swap (even with fender guards) and there were some imperfections by the fuel door from wrestling with the neck to try and get the tank down for the fuel pump replacement. All of those are gone. And when I was driving, down the street, three people were standing outside (two of them with their backs toward my car) and the one facing my way pointed and they all looked. That felt good. And on top of that, my neighbor (a chick my age I don't really ever talk to not like at all) was talking to a couple of my friends. She was telling them I spend too much time washing my car, and she said "I mean geez, how can a car get that damn shiney". When they told me that, I couldn't help but grin I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I'll post a couple, but the rest you'll have to click here to see, since I can't hotlink them. Let me know what you guys think

Nice looking ride! I'm glad my Z is black too. Black looks the best, but is the hardest to keep clean and EVERY little scratch shows. This pic of my car was taken 3 days ago, but I haven't washed it in a month or two. I use liquid luster (pink show wax/polish).

Thanks for the compliments guys. You can buy the stuff from formula113.com or from 87transam5.7tpi or CustomX . I got a bottle of wax, bottle of Bead X, a clay bar, and an applicator for $40 shipped to my door.

That looks great. So far I've used my 'sample kit' on my car, and motorcycle, and my cousin's motorcycle. It's amazing stuff, that's for sure. I'll be ordering my case as soon as I can.

Here's a good testimonial:

A week after my cousin waxed his motorcycle, he was driving home from work when it started to downpour. Only a few minutes into his 20 minute ride home, the water started covering the roads. A day later, when he took his bike out from the garage, it looked just like it did after he waxed it. He even asked me if I had cleaned it up for him. We were both amazed to find how well the rain beeded up away from the bike. Formula 113 is an amazing product.

bubba- Bead-X makes water bead off your car when it gets wet, keeping the "just waxed" look for longer. It says you can use it to quickly clean your car when its dusty. I was skeptical of using it with dust on the car, but I tried it on the decklid and it worked great, so I did the rest of the car

Just spray on a small area at a time and then wipe it off. Its kinda hard to get off, takes some rubbing, but the shine is great.

its basicly a spray on type of wax. you'll be able to see if you dn't have it off because it will haze up. just do some more wiping if that happens.

The paintjob is far from a fresh paintjob, though the guy I bought it from said it was repainted about 5 years ago. As I said in my original post, the car was full of swirl marks in the clear coat. Also, on the tops of both fenders, there were lots of imperfections from leaning on them (despite using fender covers, it still happens with black cars) while working on it recently. Also, a couple months ago I had to replace the fuel pump. We wiggled the tank out and actually had to bend the filler neck a little with a bar. Somehow, the area around my gas door got all cloudy (I think it was because the car was dirty- very dirty, and the rag we had on the bar to protect it from hitting the paint rubbed the dirt over the paint).

All of those swirl marks, etc. in the clear coat are gone. The only imperfections left are the ones that no wax or polish can remove like small scratches and small blemishes from stones and stuff.

Formula 113 cannot be bought at Wal Mart. You can buy it directly from www.formula113.com, or from dealers on this site like 87transam5.7tpi (whom I bought it from) and CustomX.
