Where can I buy decal lettering inserts for the PONTIAC lettering thats embossed on the rear bumper of my 89 GTA? Or how hard is it to do the lettering myself? Any advice or comments welcome, thanks

 

Well if I were you.

Mask of the bumper, then cut out each letter with an exacto knife, then get in there with 120 grit, rough up the inside of each letter. Then just shoot it with spray paint.

 

do a search on ebay for firebird bumper inserts you will find alot for 4th gens, but it would probablly fit. I don't know for sure, but you can get them in varity of colors and not to much.

not to say these are the color or anything but something like this

EDIT:
Nevermind I just relized it was an 89 and not a 91 or 92, I was thinking of the letters in the tail light lense. But no the less, one of the sellers might have it for the 89. I would delete the post but I figured someone with a 91-92 might want it.
