There is no way....
I am not even a big camaro guy and my jaw just dropped.
She is gorgeous. I wonder what garage it was hiding in.

For the sake of the car's future. I hope Flynow or Redraif gets it and mods it to hell

I see thirdgens like that on Ebay every now and then. It's amazing how old they are and how new they look!! I totally wish I had the money to buy something like that! I saw a turbo T/A on there with 1200 miles on it before... :hail:

here's an even better one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=6161

'89 Iroc with 1225 original miles, and this one is a 5.7L....that's insane, that's like 2 months of driving on a 15 year old car.

hmm.. i was just thinkin, i wouldnt buy one with that low of miles because the engine and everything just sits there not being ran, till i saw the 89 and it said its been started every month for about 10-15 mintues, well is that enough??? should it have been started more, also, shouldnt u like work with the gears too, like put it in gear while running just so they arent just sittin there with no use also?

haha, i have $5000 is that enough? yeah i guess with such low miles, hoses and seals might have gone bad, but if they did, it wouldn't be a big deal to replace them, and you have yourself a perfect running car that's showroom new. but if i had $25,000 or so to buy one of those cars, i'd get something else. yeah it's great how low miles it has, but i wouldn't want a car completely stock. for $15,000 you could build a car that's just as reliable as the low-mileage one, plus you could have twice the hp, and better appearance, etc.

but i know there's alot of people out there who'd rather have a completely stock low mileage car than a major modded car, even if it's way more money.....guess that's why the car's are gettin so many bids

I think they do that rating for four people at 150lbs a piece. A buddy of mine told me that one time. He said you take the weight on the door and take away 150lbs for every seat and that is how much it weighs.
Anyone else ever heard of this??

I always though the grid style taillights were only on 91 - 92 camaros.

I agree, I wouldn't take a low mileage thirdgen and mod the hell out of it....wouldn't do modding to a 89 TTA or a 92 B4C, anything else is fair game....

But then again, I wouldn't buy a car and not drive it, I don't care if it's a damn ferrari with low mileage, cars are meant to be driven....

Yeah.. I was joking.

Just because I am spray painting my car doenst mean I am total moron.

But I agree with Flynow. I couldnt buy that, it would tempt the hell out of me. I am happy with a high mileage car, drive it untill it dies, then put a new drivetrain in.

Nice car, but I don't think it's worth anywhere near 16K. I don't care how spotless or non-driven it is. Blue book on the thing in excellent condition like that is probably around 5-6k...if that! May be worth a little more than that to a collector I guess

oh ***... please... it would have to be modded cause all the seals and gaskets are probably all dried up and crap now... i hope the guy at least drove it around the block ever saturday... thumbs down to people who dont drive cars... trailors or for red necks.. not third gens... Its not like third gens were exotic... why would you buy a camaro and not drive it, it was ment for driving... That guy should give it away since there are a lot of kids out there that want a nice fast car that they can get for cheap... Im sorry... lame to the max. Unless its the first, last, or came with a v-10, drive it. I wouldnt buy that car, not for what hes asking for it probably. I dont even have to see the ebay add. I dont mean to flame, but sorry... drive it or dont buy it. im done ranting. Thank you for your time.

I agree to a point, given the drivetrain and the options on that car (pretty much all of them) that is a somewhat rare car and with only 2000 miles deserves to be preserved, now if you where talkeding about a bone stock car TBI V8 (or *** forbid 2.8 V6 ACK!) power nothing vehical I'd say yea **** screw that I wouldn't pay more than say 5 grand for one in that condition! Hell my 92 only has 73,000 on it and is near mint and I didn't pay that much!

A lot of people (myself included) prefer the 5-speed cars. They are much more rare.
