LT1 Valve Covers

I have searched a bunch of times and could not find the answer, so here it is:

Do LT1 valve covers fit on TPI motors, if so, anyone got pics?

I have the black crinkle Proform covers and hate them! they do not fit without modifications and must be removed to tak the intake apart. I am euther going to get LT1 covers or corvette aluminum covers.

I am pretty sure that the LT1 covers are the same as any ugly stock thirgen cover. I will have to pop the hood after work and check for you though.

No, LT1's have a black cover, but yes, they will fit a centerbolt head...

Yeah just like he said, its just the same as a stock 3rd gen cover and they are black.

To answer the question at hand, yes any LT1 / LT4 cover will fit your motor, I think you're after the factory LT4 covers.

The LT4 used the same plastic covers as the late LT1s. I think only the 92 and 93 LT1s used the metal valve covers... at least in the Corvettes.

Those do not appear like they would work for the TPI set up. The PCV valve position looks suspect, and there is no breather port. Glad to see a pic before I went with them. I guess I will just go with the aluminum TPI corvette covers.

I seriously doubt the PCV setup will be that much of a problem to rig up. Hell, if you have to, drill the holes in the right spots. That's what I had to do with my valve covers.
