Kinesis Rims?

Does anyone know anything about these rims? I think they would look SWEET if they were powdercoated and my car was lowered. What do ya'll think? Anyone have any more pics of these rims? Anyone want to try a photoshop??
EDIT: I just noticed that Boyd Coddington and Kinesis are 2 different manufacturers. Does anyone know about the Kinesis rims?

i would assume your thinking of the 57-59 series. i like the 58r with the deep dish personally. hey if you have the cash go for it, i have no idea what they run and i've never heard of them but considering a bunch of supercar links come up when you search i'm sure they are up there in price!

here is a list of automobiles they believe are in their class:

Audi, BMW, Corvette, Ferrari, Ford, Lamborghini, Lotus, Maserati, Mini Cooper, Nissan, Pantera, Porsche, Toyota Supra, Ultima GTR, Viper

no one makes wheels for the pantera because of their odd fitment and limited production run so i'd do some calling around and find out their prices.

I like the anodized K57's those would be pretty sweet on my car because i don't like rims bigger than 17's and the style is pretty killer

Yes Kinesis are some very nice Rims at a not so nice price. They are in direct competition with Simons wheels, CEC, HRE, and HRE.

Just 17 X 8s will set you back at least $500 per rim. I like Boyd Coddingtons because the price is something I can swing and the quality seems just as good as those wheel manufacterers mentioned above.

Hey thanks Devianb for putting me onto those rims. Anyone want to try a photoshop on my car with the rims in the first pic? All of the pics on my computer are too big to post, but my site is:

we're talking around 3k for rims and tires... thats what alot of people here paid for their cars!

3k for rims and tires is not hard to do for a quality wheel. our cars are cheap because they weren't taken care of. won't find a nice one for that.

I ordered the Kinesis K27 17x8 and 17x9 rims before my current IROC-Z rims. They set me back $3000. They are a beautiful rim, but after I mounted them on my car, I didn't really like the look so I returned them....wish I had some pictures!
They are a great quality rim, but I also can't justify the price unless your ride is a trailer queen.

I know they're not cheap, but I cannot get over the look of the K58s... perfect in my opinion!

Here's one of my ideas (courtesy of devianb; modified):

fikse are close to 1,000 a rim low optioned.

too many other companies out there like intro, boyd, billet specialties and others that have wheels similar to fikse, hre, i-forged, etc. that can be made to look just like the high dollar 3 piece wheels for a fraction of the cost.

Hummmm, similar to what I want from Centerline... Crusing Customs Ventura 17X9.5 with custom backspacing for $169 a wheel. I'd be powder coating the centers gunmetal to "fit" my car...
