Will heritage stripes look ok on a cowl hood?

Will heritage stripes look ok on a cowl hood?
I did a search, turned up 500 posts on "Heritage Stripes" none of them on a cowl hood. Has anyone here used the factory (style or repro) decals on a cowl hood. I think mine is like 2-1/2 - 3 inches high. I know the stripes are made to fit a factory hood, so how bad would a cowl hood change the lines?

They should, remember 1st Gen Z28s?? Might not turn out quite like them though. I like your car the way it is now, but black stripes would look pretty cool. Have it PSed by some1.
