Headlight Conversion
Does anyone make a kit for the '91-92 smaller style headlights, so we can use a H4 style bulb with a seperate lense. I just found out i dont have the same lights as the '82-'90s.

I dont think they are DOT approved but people have used them without trouble.

The Hella Kit from JC Whitney is DOT, I had installed them on my Ex's '93 S-10 Blazer and it was one hell of a difference in lighting. Well worth the investment and it uses the H-4's which are easy to get.

i think ive seen cars drivign around with these conversions and i always see the lights "rattling", looks annoying and cheap. anyone ever see that?
I have seen that also, but the kits I used worked great. No rattleing no problems when installing and no cutting to install it. Not that I mind doin Electrical (I am certified by GM for electrical).
