thinking about putting an ss hood with "ghost" 25th anniversary strips in the 35th anniversary style. what do you think???

it would start with a more solid graphite "ghost" image of the 25th anniversary stripes and follow the ideas of the 35th with a graphite and silver checkered fade breaking apart to the rear still maintaining the outline of the 25th but breaking up rather then staying solid.

that or do it with my stock hood? it would be subtle enough that it could only be seen in the right light.

any ideas or suggestions good or bad?

 

Do it with the SS hood...since the 35th cars are SS's. Good idea, I think that would look awesome!

Good Idea. My car changes color in a certain light, but its hard to detect. I was thinking of getting clear that turns this color in heritage stripes ,but still subtle. I think that would look awsome. I like your idea alot too, I say go with an SS hood tho.

 

Do it with the SS hood and it would look sweet? You only mentioned the hood, but do you plan on continuing the stripes?

 

only in the 25th fashion...meaning it would replicate the exact specs on the hood and decklid but follow the 35th design with a twist to add a custom view.
