Grey or Silver Decals ?

I am having my car repainted and need to purchase new bird decals to put on. I've looked online for them and have found them, but I'm not 100% positive which color to order. My car is the medium maui blue metallic and all the interior is the drk. medium grey. Is there an RPO for the outer decals on a basic Firebird? I believe I need silver birds and pinstriping, but I am not positive. Does anyone know? What colors were grey put on, what colors were silver put on? Thanks.

This is the best picture I could muster (you can see how badly the car needs to be painted):

I believe my freind had silver on his 86 bird but then again that was like 4yrs ago. Since you're going with a metallic color, i would stick with the silver decals, it would look better IMO b/c they would match the paint a little better and blend in more. If you want a complete restoration look, try asking this in the history board, i am sure a few over there could help you find the correct color to choose. To be honest with you i don't even know why there would be a silver or a grey. I would think the only difference would be the metalic in the silver. good luck

Thanks. Yeah, I think silver is the way to go. Seeing the color 'grey' listed threw me for a loop, though.
