Anyone have pictures of a factory gunmetal/medium gray '86 Z28? I'm lookin to see what color the ground effects would have been. Anyone know if they would be a lighter silver, or a darker gray?

 

Probably find the paint codes in your console, but mostly they are silver on the lower part.

 

just check rpo codes it will tell you what you need to know

 

From running the codes through the decoder on the main page, I didn't get a code denoting a lower or secondary paint color, that's why I was asking. However, I do have the code 18A, which the decoder says: STRIPE COLOR, ACCENT, SLATE GRAY (91). Now, I know that it says that's the code for the year for '91, I figured the stripe color it was refering to were the gray/siler/black stripes that would go just above the gfx. Or perhaps it means the color the gfx would have been slate gray?

Also, I've searched far and high for the meaning of code 82P... can't figure it out, maybe that's for my lower color?
