Ok so I changed the thread. I did not mean fake rag top or vert tops. I wonder about a plain smooth vinyl top on a 3rd gen?

I almost bought a 2nd gen once that was blue with a white vinyl top and interior. It was only $300 with a rebuilt motor and I was broke driving a pinto with a rear main leak.

[But if not for that leaking pinto I would not of been able to trade up to a 68 ford galaxy and then trade for a 9.5 sec kaw tripple drag bike. It was worth the $185 ]
