My New '89 RS!

Hey guys... I finally got another Camaro!! It's a '89 RS with a LO3 305 and a 700R4. Aftermarket installed sunroof... but someone stole the glass outta it so I need to replace that! Gray interior, 155,000 miles, Interior needs a damn good scrub, body work is needed, and the motor needs some stuff done to it. But it's all good cause I traded my '88 Z24 Cavvy for it! I think I got the deal! So far I have ideas of a 4th gen dash and leather seat swaps, hooker headers and catback, new paintjob either a dark blue or red or maybe a burnt orange. Also gonna put Vette rims on it, Cerevani (SP?!) 3in Cowl Hood, and either the Hawks 5 inch stock look spoiler or the high rise. Tell me what I should do to this beast! I'm just so glad to be rollin a third gen again!! :lala:

Looks like it could use a little TLC. Good luck with it.

if you put Z06 vette wheels on it and keep the same color it might look like mine. lol check out my cardomain page for some more pics with the old Z06s on it. I need to repaint my RS but when I do I will keep the same color. It is kinda rare.

um , if you do decide to do body work , get rid of the gay sunroof. They dont belong on any car . I ttops are just as bad im glad you dont have those, but get the roof fixed and youll be all set .

Thanx for the comments guys... I'm hopin it'll be nice out tomorrow so I can get it runnin. I kinda like the sunroof, but then again i dont think it looks right on a Camaro. How would I replace it? wouldn't I have to have a shop put a new roof in or sumtin?! I dunno... I'll see how it holds up after I put a 350 in it! Keep em comin fellas..... thanx!

not bad not bad, looks like the previous owner thought he'd use the front gfx to dig a trench. Looks like a solid car, nice find.
