How hard is it to repair rim scrape?

For example, on a set of GTA rims where someone had damaged the very outer part of the rim by hitting curbs etc. Just how repairable is this kind of damage??

Here's a sample pic of one with damage - can this be sanded and re-shaped to look undamaged again?

if the lip is bent you are better off just finding some more. If not bent and the scratches are not deap then you can file them out, sand and polish.

just file it out if its not bent... it your picky sand it and then tape it and clear coat it you might need to remove the tire to file it without damaging the rest of the wheel tho
