Spacers sizing question...

I've searched over a couple of threads but im still not sure. My question is should you run 2" inch spacers all the way around? Or 2" inch up front and 1.5" in the back or 1.5" all the way around?

well what your asking for should be adapters not spacers as spacers would leave very little thread count left on your studs and you would quickly see a wheel fall off your car.

as to what size you need to run, it helps to know what wheel as well as offset/backspacing you plan to run to determine what adapter you'll need.

if you search for adapters you should have found enough info to keep you busy for days.

www.skulte.com will explain alot of the general info for you.

2" adaptors all around (front and back) for 4th gen wheels.

4th gen wheels back spacing is around +40 (I think, give or take), thus needing 2".

If the back spacing goes below +30, then look at 1.5" adaptors...

yep, with the C5 wheels, 2" all around. I know this for sure, because I was going to run 4th gen wheels and posted the same question about 3 weeks ago. If you do a search you can find it and read up in more detail if you want. Some interesting formulas in that post with links.

Good luck and lets see pics when your get em..
