CLEAN not Polish Plenum, base and runners

So what do you guys suggest for cleaning the plenum, base and runners? I do not want to polish them (at least not now). I was thinking about some sort of light media blast or something that can be done without a lot of scrubbing and rubbing, etc... I want to keep the stock cast look.

Thanks

Just some mothers or blue majic should do it.

Can get it at any parts store/wal-mart.

Mothers aluminum polish worked great on my stock intake.

It is now polished though , should have pics soon.
