Question on baking powdercoat onto parts...

Ok guys I'm getting ready to but a powdercoat kit for my next project vehicle because I love the way it looks and holds up. I have a question on baking the powder on though. What do most of you use that do your own work? I would assume that a part which is totally covered in powder would have to be hung up right? Or can you just use a toaster oven somehow with a pan? Also what do you guys think about those infrared lamps for baking the parts? The reason I ask is because I want to do some large pieces like control arms and maybe the engine cradle. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I got a free household oven from a guy down the street and hang my parts from the oven racks while i coat them then just slide them in the oven and bake them
