i have a 1991 rs, i swapped the motor to a 383 carb, problem is i still have the wiring from the TBI in there. it's not only an eyesore but it also gets in the way. i was just wondering where it unplugs from and how to get the wires out and if there are any i really need anymore?

The wires should plug in on the other side of brake booster. There should be a 3 inch square with quite a few wires running into it. From there unbolt the holding bolt in the middle of said square.

That should free up all the wires under the hood. Keep in mind this square is split one half is your lights, the other side is the engine.

Also you might loose function of any guages you have hooked up to stock locations.

It should be in the region circled.

be carfull unless you ran new wires for your distributor and alternator and gauges some of those wires you circled are still needed you need to get a multimeeter and check em and find out which ones are needed and which ones arent and there is also a plug on the passenger side behind the fender that can be unplugged and thrown out
