I want to under go polishing all my polishable engine components.... Does anyone know of a cheap kit that has all the sandpapers and buffing items need to preform this operation

also ive never taken parts off the engine before. you can call me a newb gearhead. If i take off my valve covers will oil run everywhere? also can u polish the valve covers.. cause ive got some nasty dirty ones

 

if you want a cheap polishing kit, look on ebay they have a good many. and for the valve covers no unless the drains are clogged in which you would be having some problems. The valve covers are stamped steel so your best bet it to buy either chrome or polished aluminum ones.
