Priming Parts
I just bought a bunch a ground effects and a Rear bumper, before I put them on my self I want to sand and prime them.
My question is how hard is it to do the job right?
What is involved in doing it?
Thanx for all replys.

Sanding
Well. First you need to get some 400, 500, 600.. and start with the 400 then, 5, then 6.. get some PPG Alcohol prep and clean them real good with a clean cloth.. wipe them down, then with a different cloth dry them off. Another good thing is to take a Red 3M scotchbrite pad.. and get all the noocks and crannys before you prep it with alcohol. THen just use some spray can primer as I doubt you have a spray gun and such.
This will be good enough to store them.. Then when you are ready to install, prep em again, re-prime them. base/clear em with your color
wetsand with 1500, use a 2 stage compound buff, install
There ya go
