Did you know....

...that late model BMW's have the same bolt pattern as our 3rd gens? My lil bro came down from Virginia this weekend in his BMW 325 and had these nice wheels on his car. I was curious if his wheels (265/35-19) would fit on my car and lo and behold they bolted right on. Check out the pics. You might need wheel spacers for the front wheels though.

Did you put all the lug nuts on and try to tighten them?
from what i remember (dont hold me to it) chevy is 5 on 4.75"
but bmw being european uses a metric lug pattern 115mm or somethign liek that. the studs will go through and the rim will look like its on right, but if you tried to tighten the lug nuts it either 1: would tighten correctly / centered or 2: would LOOK correct, but e a hair of, to where eventually would cause theholes/studs to strip out. Im not possitive, just saying inspect them very carefully when putting them on and check them very well. I'm not for sure tho, but just in case... look preety nice though.

I tightened them all down but the pic shows only one lug just to test fit. I drove around the neighborhood and it drove fine. My brother says a buddy of his has a firebird with beemer wheels on it.

I've read that you need to slightly enlarge the holes for them to fit properly, otherwise it could tweak the studs. They may bolt on ok, but I would be afraid of what could happen down the road.
