Tire Bubbling

I have 17x8.5" Z06 wheels on my car and I'd like to get something a little wider for the tires (255 right now).

If I put 275's in the rear, will they bubble out much? The 255's I have right now are just about exactly flat.

I know the minimum wheel width for a 275 tire is 9". You would probably get away with it though.
