Engine: 502

Transmission: 700R4

Which hood has more clearance ??

I need to buy either a 3" cervini cowl induction hood or a SS hood. I would rather go with the SS if it will have similar clearance, but I need all I can get to clear the big block. Has anyone ever measured either of these hoods to see what kind of underhood clearance you gained?

I would guess the Cervini's, but that is only a guess!
